📦 Click & Collect

Collect your order directly from our Johannesburg office — quick, easy, and convenient.

We’re centrally located in Bramley, just off the M1 highway, with secure parking available. 

How it works:

  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection
  • Most orders are ready same day, or within 24 hours

What to bring:

  • A copy of your confirmation email
  • Valid ID

Important:

  • 🚫 Uber or third-party collections are not permitted

Collection Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed

🚚 Delivery Information

Shipping Rates:

  • ✅ FREE shipping on orders over R2000
  • 📦 R250 flat rate for orders under R2000

Courier:
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders are generally shipped same day if placed before 2pm
  • Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next business day
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over weekends are shipped Monday (excluding public holidays)

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities: 1 business day
  • Cape Town & surrounding areas: 2 business days
  • Outlying areas: 2–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking waybill once your order has been dispatched.
